the staff was nice to work with and very thorough and accommodating. my artist made sure placement was perfect despite the struggle with my double jointed elbows, and was very patient through that part! the tattoo itself was quick because of the size and it turned out better than i felt my first one at a different place turned out!! all of the staff was personable and pleasant to talk to! i will definitely go here again
